Direct your browser to the IP of the Web Agent Console application. Enter a User Name and Password, and then click the Login button. (Obtain a User Name and Password from your Account administrator.)
Note: Disable any "Remember Password" or password completion options in your browser because they present security risks.
By default, when you log in for the first time, you will immediately need to change your password. You must change it from the one issued to you to a password that you create yourself. ("Force to change password" is configurable by Super users and Account administrators.)
Note: To help ensure secure logins, there are three requirements for a valid password:
At least six (6) characters in length
Contains at least one numeric or special character
Uses both upper and lower case characters
Note: You must enable popups ("Allow Popups from this site") within your browser because the Web Agent Console application uses this functionality for many of its features. Web Agent Console runs optimally within a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768 on IE 6 or higher. Javascript and cookies must be enabled.
