The first time an Agent appears in Web Agent Console, it is new. It will appear as Unconfigured.
To configure an Agent, select the Agent that you wish to configure, and click on it. You will see a message as follows.
Click Configure This Agent to proceed. This will launch the Agent Configuration Wizard.
Note: If the Agent is offline, the Configure This Agent button will not appear.
